Description
Lentivirus express SEAP reporter under a minimal promoter embeded 8 tandem repeats of ISRE (Interferon Stimulated Response Element). This lentivirus also contain the RFP fluorescent marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
