Description
Lyophilized powder. The product will give a 10% suspension of fixed and killed Staphylococcus aureus, Cowan I strain, if reconstituted in 20 ml of distilled water. The product is in 10 mM phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.05% thimerosal. Centrifuge to 7000 rpm and resuspend to 10% (v/v) before use.
