| Description: | Interleukin-35 is a member of the IL-12 cytokine family and exists as a dimeric protein composed of IL-12 p35 and IL-27EIB chains. The heterodimer has been reported to be an anti-inflammatory cytokine supressing the immune response through the expansion of regulatory T cells and suppression of Th17 cell development. RANDOX recombinant Interleukin-35 comprises a 209 amino acid fragment (21-229) corresponding to IL35EIB subunit coding sequence and is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
