| Description: | IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor. IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2- Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukaemia’s and lymphomas. RANDOX recombinant IL2-Ra comprises a 192 amino acid fragment (223-798) corresponding to the mature IL2- Ra protein and is expressed in E. coli with an aminoterminal hexahistidine tag. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use. |
