The iCell Primary Epithelial Cell Culture System is an ideal complete medium solution designed for columnar epithelial cells in human, rat, mouse, rabbit and other mammals growth in vitro. The system is a bicarbonate-based buffer system that maintains an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in a 5% CO2 atmosphere.
