FORMULATION: Sterile filtered and lyophilized with no additives

RECONSTITUTION: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in PBS to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and store at 4oC for 1 week or -20oC for future use. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HAS or BSA).

STORAGE CONDITIONS: The lyophilized TNF-? is best-stored desiccated below 0oC. Reconstituted TNF-? should be stored at working aliquots at -20oC.

Tumor Necrosis Factor-beta (TNF-?) is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. Human TNF-? is a 18.6 kDa protein containing 171 amino acid residues.
