天然樣本測定含量: The average concentration of Human PD-L1 in 10 normal human serum is 20.26 +/- 32.93 pg/mL ranging from ND to 74.80 pg/mL.The average concentration of Human PD-L1 in 8 normal human plasma is 77.74 +/- 74.21 pg/mL ranging from 37.40 to 258.33 pg/mL.Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells （1 x 10E6 cells/mL） were cultured in RPMI supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum, 50 μM β-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate, stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human PD-L1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human PD-L1 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
