天然樣本測定含量: PBMC (2 x 10E6 cells/mL) were cultured in 1640 supplemented with 10% bovine calf serum, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate. The cells were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 1 μg CD3(OKT3) for 3days. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural IL6, and measured 0.0291 ng/mL. The average concentration of Human IL6 in 10 normal human serum is 2.43 +/- 14.08 Pg/mL ranging from ND to 39.66 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human IL6. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human IL6 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
