天然樣本測定含量: Ten serum samples from apparently healthy people were evaluated for the presence of IL32a in this assay. The average concentration of four detected samples is 0.96 ng/mL. Other samples measured less than the lowest IL32a standard, 62.5 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human IL32a. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of C1QB and HSPA8 at 40 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human IL32a control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
