天然樣本測定含量: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBL) were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 5% fetal calf serum, 50μM L-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine,100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate. Cells were unstimulated or stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 1 and 6 days. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural IL-5,and measured 132 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human IL5. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human IL5 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
