天然樣本測定含量: PBMC (2 x 106 cells/mL) were cultured in 1640 supplemented with 10% bovine calf serum, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate. The cells were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 1 μg CD3(OKT3) for 3days. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural human IL29, and measured 42 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human IL29. The factors listed below were prepared at 10 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of human IL28A、IL28B at 10ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human IL29 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
