天然樣本測定含量: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells （2 x 10E6 cells/mL） were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 5% bovine calf serum, 50 μM β-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate, stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 1 day. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural IL12A+IL12B, and measured 0.34 ng/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes recombinant Human IL12A-his+IL12B. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
