2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized PPICZa-IFNA2 (Cat:13833-HNAY) at 10 £gg/mL (100 £gL/well) can bind IFNaR2-Fc (Cat:10359-H02H), the EC50 of IFNaR2-Fc (Cat:10359-H02H) is 60-200 ng/mL.
