Interferon gamma receptor 1 (IFNGR1) is also known as CD antigen CD119, which belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IFNGR1 contains two fibronectin type-III domains and two Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. IFNGR1 / CD119 is receptor for interferon gamma.
