特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human HSP27. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of EGED、FTH1、HG3C-MAPKAPK5、HG3C-MAPKAPK3、FC-sMME、TPT1、XRCC5+XRCC6 and CALR-FC at 6 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human HSP27 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
