特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human HPGD. Human CBR3, APP and mouse HPGD were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of huaman APP at 20 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant
human HPGD control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
