天然樣本測定含量: The concentration of Human EPOR detected in a K562 cell lysate was 147.68 pg/mL.The K562 cell lysate' total protein concentration was about 4.0 mg/mL .The average concentration of Human EPOR in 20 normal human serum is 28.3 +/- 20.5 pg/mL ranging from ND to 53.98 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human EPOR. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of human EPO at 100 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human EPOR control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
