特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human CHL1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of 10H3C-PCNA、UPAR and PFN2 at 30 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human CHL1 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
