human BMP-7

- 規格 Size
- 10 ug
Description
SOURCE: E. coli
PURITY: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses Endotoxin level is <0.1 ng per ug of BMP-7.
FORM: Sterile filtered and lyophilized from a sterile solution (1 mg/ml) containing 10 mM sodium citrate, pH 3.5.
RECONSTITUTION: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml in water. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4oC for 1 week or -20oC for future use.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: The lyophilized protein should be stored desiccated below 0oC. Reconstituted BMP-7 should be stored in working aliquots at -20oC. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA). Prevent freeze/thaw cycles.
BMPs (bone morphogenetic proteins) belong to the TGF-? superfamily of structurally related signaling proteins. As implied by their name, BMPs promote and regulate bone development, growth, remodeling and repair, in both prenatal development and postnatal growth of eye, heart, kidney, skin, and other tissues. Recombinant human BMP-7 produced from E. coli is a 15.7 kDa monomeric, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 139 amino acid residues.
DESCRIPTION:
USAGE: For research use or for further manufacturing purposes only. Not to be used in human consumption.
