天然樣本測定含量: The average concentration of Human B2M in 10 normal human serum is 1324.67 +/- 157.37 ng/mL ranging from 1119.12 to 1586.98 ng/mL.The average concentration of Human B2M in 10 normal human plasma is 1272.46 +/- 423.27 ng/mL ranging from 741.57 to 2069.51 ng/mL.The average concentration of B2M in 8 normal human urine is 67.50 +/-44.83 ng/mL ranging from 2.30 to 123.95 ng/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human B2M. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of the factors listed below at 50 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant Human B2M control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
