天然樣本測定含量: Ten serum samples from apparently healthy people were evaluated for the presence of ALK1 in this assay.The average concentration of four detected samples is 0.57 ng/mL. Other samples measured less than the lowest ALK1 standard, 31.25 pg/mL.

 

特異性 : This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural human ALK1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

 

干擾 : Preparations of TGFB1、INHBA、TGFBR1、ACVR1、FKBP1A、TSC22D1、HSP90AA1、BAMBI、ENG and TGFB2 at 20 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human ALK1 control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
