| Antibody Target: | Heat Shock 27kDa Protein 1 (HSPB1) |
| Synonyms: | HSPB1, CMT2F, DKFZp586P1322, heat shock 27 kd protein, HMN2B, HS.76067, Hsp25, Hsp27, HSP28, SRP27 |
| Host: | HSPB1 antibody was produced in Rabbit |
| Antigen Species: | HSPB1 antibody was raised against Mouse |
| Clonality: | Polyclonal |
| Antigen Type: | Synthetic peptide |
| Immunogen: | HSPB1 antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide derived from a region of mouse HSP25 that contains serine 86. |
| Antibody Specificity: | Reactivity: Mouse HSP25. Endogenous human HSP27 phosphorylated at serine 86 (HeLa cells treated with TNF- ) was weakly detected by this antibody. |

| Recommended Storage: | +4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
| Antibody Usage Summary: | Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2642 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D1, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2642 was determined to be 1:100. Positive control: NIH3T3 cells with and without anisomycin. |
| Antibody Uses: | Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin (IHC-P) (1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1000), ELISA (Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher) |
| Size: | 50 µl |
