Product Description: This conformationally intact, fully glycosylated viral protein is purified by immunoaffinity column chromatography and reverse phase HPLC from 0.5% Triton X-100 inactivated, concentrated, conditioned medium of HUT78 (clone 6D5) cells chronically-infected with the HIV-1IIIB isolate.
Protein Concentration: [varies by lot] µg/mL determined by BCA protein assay method using BSA standard. Alternative methods for determining protein concentration may give different results.

Presentation: Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, without stabilizers or preservatives.
