Description:

Anti-dsDNA antibodies are a group of anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA) and their target antigen is double stranded DNA. They are highly diagnostic of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and are implicated in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis.
