Description
DESCRIPTION: Nuclear extract is prepared from HeLa cells using a modified protocol of Dignam et al., which contains a variety of DNA-binding proteins, transcription factors, and other nuclear proteins.
FORMULA: 20 μl (100 μg) or 200 μl (1 mg) of HeLa Nuclear Extract (5 mg/ml) in 20 mM Hepes (pH 7.8), 100 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 20% Glycerol, 0.5 mM DTT, and 1 mM PMSF.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -70oC. Stable for at least 6 months.

RECOMMENDED USAGE: Western blot: 10-20 mg/lane
HDAC Fluorometric Assay: 10 mg/assay
HDAC Colorimetric Assay: 50 mg/assay
