FORMULATION:
30 μg affinity purified rabbit anti-HDAC (1-11) polyclonal antibodies in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store at -20oC. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
BACKGROUND:
Histone deacetylase (HDAC) family proteins play an important role in modulating the eukaryotic chromatin structure.
APPLICATION AND USAGE:
The antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-4 μg/ml), Immunoprecipitation (10-20 μg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (10-20 μg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Blocking peptide for each antibody is available separately.
