Application_Details :

Western Blot (0.1-0.3 ug/mL) : A 37 kDa band is observed in nuclear lysates of cell line MCF7 and in lysates of human glioblastoma cell line U251. Immunocytochemistry (10 ug/mL): Strong expression of protein seen in the nuclei of U251 cells. Flow Cytometry (10 ug/mL): Analysis of fixed permeabilized MCF7 cells. Other applications not yet tested. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Critical for early embryogenesis and for embryonic stem cell pluripotency. May function as a switch in neuronal development. Downstream SRRT target that mediates the promotion of neural stem cell self-renewal (By similarity).
