Western Blot: Approx 48-50kDa band observed in fetal and adult Mouse, and in Human (Cerebellum) Brain lysates (calculated MW of 32.7kDa according to Mouse NP_001001985.3 and 32.8kDa according to Human NP_848652.2). The observed band was completely blocked with the immunizing peptide and corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Becker et al, J Biol Chem. 2010 Sep 17;285(38):29156-64. PMID: 20643647). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HEK293 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.

Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of Kelly cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
