Western Blot: Approx 90kDa band observed in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 86.4kDa according to NP_001244067.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of A431 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.

Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
