Glutathione Sepharose

50 ml of Glutathione-Sepharose prepared by covalently coupling glutathione on Sephparose through sulfur linkage. The coupling technique is optimized to give a high binding capacity. The capacity of GST-fusion protein could be greater than 10 mg of Glutathione S-transferase per ml of wet gel.
