Description
The GDNF family receptor alpha 1 precursor (GFR-alpha-1) is a receptor for the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF). GFR-alpha-1 mediates the GDNF-induced autophosphorylation and activation of the RET receptor.
