Description
Fluorescence NAD/NADH detection kit measures NAD/NADH activity in cells and tissue extracts. By an enzyme coupled reaction, NAD is converted to NADH, which then oxidizes a non-fluorescent detection reagent into its fluorescent analog. This reaction is specific for NAD/NADH, i.e., it does not cross-detect NADP/NADPH. Application: Microwell plate reader
