| Antibody Usage Summary: | Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2651 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2651 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence (Methanol or acetone fixed CHRF cells): 1-3 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry (Methanol or acetone fixed CHRF cells): 10-20 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 ug/ml. |
| Antibody Uses: | Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin (IHC-P) (10 µg/ml), Flow Cytometry (Flo) (10 - 20 µg/ml), Immunofluorescence (IF) (1 - 3 µg/ml), ELISA (0.1 - 1 µg/ml) (Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher) |
| Not Recommended Uses: | WB |
