Description
Lentivirus express SEAP reporter under a minimal promoter that embedded 4 tandem repeats of estrogen receptor response element (ER-RE). This lentivirus also contain the puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
