DRAKs contain an N-terminal kinase domain and a C-terminal regulation domain. Overexpression of DRAK1 induces apoptosis. DRAKs have high sequence homology to DAP and Zip kinases, and they represent a novel family of serine/threonine kinases, which mediates apoptosis through their catalytic activities./p
pbAPPLICATION AND USAGE: /bThe antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-4 ug/ml) and immunofluorescence (2-8 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually./p
pbSPECIFICITY: /bThe antibody detects an approximately 50 kDa human DRAK1 by Western blot analysis. The antibody has no cross activity to DRAK2, DAP or Zip kinases. A431 or MOLT4 cell lysate can be used as a positive control./p
