蛋白構建: A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus CD1E(EHH50396.1) (Glu32-Gly303) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus B2M (Q6V7J5) (Met1-Met119) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the cynomolgus CD1E/B2M heterodimer was purified.
