Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles bicistronically express (under CAG promoter) nuclear permeable CRE recombinase and the RFP marker under the same suCAG promoter. A Puromycin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. Virus concentrated and buffer changed into PBS solution.
