Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles bicistronically express (under CAG promoter) nuclear permeable CRE recombinase and the RFP marker under the same suCAG promoter. A Blasticidin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. Virus provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
