Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles bicistronically express (under EF1a promoter) nuclear permeable CRE recombinase and the GFP marker under the same suEF1a promoter. A Blasticidin marker was expressed under RSV promoter. Virus provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
