IMMUNOGEN: E. coli expressed rat CNTF
HOST: Rabbit
PREPARATION: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant rat CNTF. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized rat CNTF matrix.
FORMULATION: 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-rat CNTF polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 10 mM EDTA and 0.02% Thymersal.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store at -20oC. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles.
APPLICATION AND USAGE: The antibody can be used for ELISA (2-3 ug/ml), Western blot analysis (0.5-1 ug/ml), and Neutralization (0.1-0.5 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
