The GenScript bCloneEZsupreg;/sup Kit/b is designed for the quick cloning of PCR products without any limited for restriction enzymes or ligases. The CloneEZsupreg;/sup cloning method is universal—it works with any insert and any vector at any restriction site. Using our proprietary CloneEZsupreg;/sup Enzyme, this kit rapidly generates precise, directional constructs. All that is required is 30-minute incubation at room temperature (20 deg;C-25 deg;C).br /
