Chloroquine (25G10) Antibody

Chloroquine is the prototype anti malarial drug, most widely used to treat all types of malarial infections. It is also the cheapest, time tested and safe anti malarial agent. Chloroquine is a hapten of molecular weight 158.29 g/mol. The quinoline moiety of the chloroquine molecule is the same as for many other antimalarial drugs, but the sidechain is unique. This antibody has specificity for chloroquine and can be used for chloroquine quantification in human serum or plasma with a detection limit close to 20 ng/ml.
