Chicken Serum Sterile
Description
Seven to eight week old chicken blood (either sex) is collected at the time of slaughter and is
refrigerated within 6 hours of collection; processed within 24 hours and frozen at -20 ˚C. This
serum is then thawed in a cool water bath, sterile filtered through a 0.22 micron filter and stored
at -20 ˚C.
