Description
CD62e or E-selectin is thought to mediate rolling of myeloid cells and a subset of memory T-cells on activated endothelium. 4D10 recognizes the ELAM-1 molecule on endothelial cells, which is expressed in early events of inflammatory diseases. Inflammatory stimuli added to endothelial cells in culture increase the expression of the antigen.Application: IHC (f), FACS, Western Blot
