Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under the human CD45's promoter which expressed exclusively by all hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and platelets. This lentivirus also contain the RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
