The CD274, PDCD1LG2/CEN9 FISH Probe is designed to detect the human CD274 and PDCD1LG2 genes located on chromosome band 9p24.1, along with the number of chromosome 9 copies per cell. Copy number changes and abnormal expression of the CD274 gene ¡V also known as PDL1, PDCD1LG1, PDCD1L1, PD-L1, B7H1 or B7-H ¡V or the PDCD1LG2 gene ¡V also called PDL2, PDCD1L2, bA574F11.2, PD-L2, CD273, Btdc or B7DC ¡V have been observed in lymphoma, melanoma, various types of solid tumors types and in autoimmune conditions.
