pThis antibody recognizes the CD25 antigen, the IL-2 receptor alpha chain, which is expressed on activated cells such as activated T-cells, B-cells and monocytes.nbsp; CD25 is associated with CD122 and CD132 (gamma chain) to form the IL-2 receptor complex. This antibody specifically recognizes the region C epitope within CD25. The antibody can be used for detecting CD25 in flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and in immunohistocytology with frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue sections./p
