Description
Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under the human CD14 promoter which demonstrates strongly upregulated expression during monocytic cell differentiation. This lentivirus also contain the Neomycin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
