Pre-made lentivirus express RFP reporter under human CCKR's promoter which is predominantly expressed in human pancreatic cancer . This lentivirus also contain the puromycin selection marker under RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
