Description
Carmofur is a pyrimidine analogue used as an antineoplastic agent. Carmofur, in its oral form, has also been used as adjuvant chemotherapy for curatively resected colorectal cancer patients. As fluorouracil, carmofur has been known to induce leukoencephalopathy.
